I haven't used my printer for a few months so I've performed cleaning etc multiple times. I have decided to replace the colour cartridge (which I've had sitting in the box for 1-2 years) as the printer is rarely used.
The quality of my photos is very poor and the colour is very faded and everything just looks very saturated and horrible compared to what I'm seeing on my screen.
2 questions:
1) where can I find recommended printer settings - if anything may need changing. I've tried printing straight from windows and from the HP Smart app.
2) How do I order ink early with HP Instant Ink - Both the colour and black are saying not due but I think they definitely need replacing due to the age.
