Product: HP ProBook 450 G3 Notebook PC (ENERGY STAR)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello everyone, 

I just bought an HP 450 G3 notebook. Unfortunately, the fingerprint and face recognition is not functioning. I can't seem to enable it, I have tried so many options online but it's not working. The pin option is working fine but the fingerprint and face recognition is the problem. Can anyone please help?

Please find attached an image of the error stated.
