Hello everyone,
I just bought an HP 450 G3 notebook. Unfortunately, the fingerprint and face recognition is not functioning. I can't seem to enable it, I have tried so many options online but it's not working. The pin option is working fine but the fingerprint and face recognition is the problem. Can anyone please help?
Please find attached an image of the error stated.
Thank you.

Does your computer have the hardware needed to support Hello Facial Recognition and / or Hello Fingerprint Sign-in?
Details...
The Fingerprint sensor is an optional feature - you have to purchase the feature with the computer.
Check the Device Manager for Biometric devices (if any) that are installed in your computer.
Facial Recognition requires an IR type camera.
The plain HD camera does not support Hello facial recognition.
