Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am getting an error message on my HP Envy that my webcam can not be found.  I have done everything I know what to do. I do not see a webcam driver in my device manager.  My camera light on my keyboard is lit and it won't go off.  No idea how long this has been like this as I rarely use my webcam.  However, I went to use it for a business meeting the other day and that's when I noticed it wasn't working.
