HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Have tried the soft boot, unplugging it for days. Unplugging and holding power for periods of time. Still have the line and 1 dot.

 

Need the hard boot recommended in other threads, can someone message me the steps/walk-through for the factory reset/hard boot to correct this? Wasting it seems so irresponsible, I would hope there is a solution set available to keep these devices out of the landfill.
