Can you help me? I appear to have been sent the wrong ink cartridge (910/5) for HP 7134 photo printer that usually uses HP64/303 inks.
My Instant Ink Plan has worked perfectly up until now.
The 910/915 black cartridge will not fit into the printer. It is an oblong box that is too big and with an orange tab lever, which when removed, reveals the contacts that are in the wrong position for use.
I can not find any number to call to discuss and get the correct cartridge. My ink has now run out completely.
If possible please advise a number to call and whether the plan will allow a shop bought cartridge to be used until I can get it sorted.
