Product: HP ENVY 4527 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I am annoyed with HP. 

I have Instant Ink and my credit card expires at end October, wbich I know.

 

So I receive this email:

"Your credit card is expiring soon". Correct.

Then in the email text:

"This is a heads up that the credit card for your account has expired.". WRONG. AT END OF OCT IT WILL EXPIRE. IT IS STILL VALID!!

So HP, let's deal with facts please.   CC details will be updated before 2359 31 October.
