Product: HP Photosmart C7280 printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

HP Smart can't find HP Photosmart C7280 printer, I can see the Printer in webbrowser use IP address. But windows and HP Smart can't detect the printer, I am sure the printer and the computer are in the same network. Can anyone help me connect the printer from my laptop? Btw the serial No on the printer are MY78RG41ST04YG which show invalide device in HP web site.
