I have an HP Pavilion Laptop 15-cs3xxx 

After upgrading to Windows 11 I have noticed that the screen starts to flicker immediately after a COLD Start.

Touching the Touchpad or wireless mouse causes the screen to flicker, sometimes going totally black.

Fortunately, by Restarting it, (Using Alt-F4 and choosing restart) the problem disappears.

Googling the problem suggest that it is a driver issue, however ALL my drivers are up to date.

If it were a hardware problem it would surely exhibit whether cold started or restarted.

I suspect it IS a driver issue, but that HP haven't got a driver just yet.
