Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M281fdw

A printer for one of our executives has run an automatic firmware upgrade that apparently did not finish.  It is now stuck in "Resend Upgrade" and the printer is essentially bricked.  I've tried re-sending the firmware update through the updater from HP's website, but it has not fixed the issue (even though it appears to run fine).  I think the next action would be to try to downgrade to an older version.

 

Are there any links for older firmware versions for the model:

HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M281fdw

 

I cannot find a link to old firmware versions for this that are from legitimate sources.  Thanks!
