Product: HP Deskjet Plus 4100 series

HP are asking me for a code to verify my printer for the monthly ink service. they say is hould be able to do this by pressing an eprint button on my control panel. There is no such button, there is only a cancel button, a paper reload button, a wifi button, an information button and two copy buttons (one coloured the other black and white). They say it should print out a sheet with a code on it. The only button that prints out a sheet is the info button and it does not contain this code.
