Product: HP Envy 6055e
Bought a new printer, setup completed as per the instructions, installed cartridge and placed A4 size papers too in the tray. But getting error on the HP app :
A problem has occurred and you will be unable to print until the issue is resolved.
If you have an HP+ printer, make sure to use an original HP cartridges.
Sign in to your HP account on the home screen to check your status.
Can someone please help ?
