After 5 years the scanner on my HP Envy Photo 7155 all-in-one printer stopped working(the printer works). When I click on Scan and then Computer I get a message that says visit 123.hp.com to get the HP Smart software. I have gone to that site and to the Microsoft site for HP Smart and when I click on HP Smart  I get a message that says "We're sorry something went wrong, We couldn't load HP Smart now. Retry." I have retried several times over several days with no luck. Any suggestions?

I have Windows 10 and use Firefox.
