Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So I’ve been dealing with a hacker in my Holmes net work for about a month now I changed my modem a couple times he still here on my cell phones. Everything has him in it today. He locked me out of my HP 15 laptop. It’s a minute for years old but I want to get back into it. I have a lot of stuff in it and I cannot get back into the system disabled I’ve tried putting codes it still doesn’t work I need help.
