Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2019

When trying to install from print manager the driver can not be found. When installing directly from the HP portal it gives a download for Windows Server 2019 though when attempting the installation, it gives an invalid OS error. I saw 2 other threads with the same issue. One was from 2020 from a HP Expert and the links were broken. One was just a couple months old directly from a HP Support Agent, but the solution was directly messaged to the originator, so it is not helpful to anyone else. 

Does anyone have any tips or tricks? I tried a universal hp driver though it triggered an endless print loop of random characters.
