Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I see several posts that suggest I'm not alone in my disappointment in the right hinge on my 17inch Windows 10 laptop. Never before have I seen such a thing..no I didn't buy extended support...didn't think I'd need to duct tape my laptop for it to work..just regular wear - maybe opened and closed 100 times. (Don't they do that in QA? or with early reports like those in 2019?) Now, its on the brink of breaking the body with exposed seems. I'm writing to see if HP made good with a recall on these? any help appreciated. thanks!
