I got this HP Envy x360 i7 just a couple of days ago and right off the bat, I noticed that battery life was massively under what was marketed. This laptop was said to have around 10 hours of battery life but at the rate the battery on my laptop was dropping, there were only around 2-3 hours of battery. I ran a diagnostic test on this and it said everything was normal for the battery. The only thing I use while not plugged in is at max 8 or 9 chrome tabs and maybe one Microsoft edge tab. Then I looked into the task manager, it said that a little more than 50% of RAM was being used. Is that normal and if not would that contribute to the low battery life? What could I do myself to fix this issue before taking it to a physical place?
