I got the printer in the divorce (yay!) but unfortunately I can’t connect it to my new homes Wi-Fi. Press and hold wireless button for 3 seconds but can’t make the printer broadcast a setup Wi-Fi. 

how do I get the smart app to connect to the printer or how do I set the printer up regardless.
