Product: HP Officejet Pro 8610 e-All-in-One Printer

My printer shows the blue light indicating it’s connected to Wi-Fi however I get a message that says connect printer to Wi-Fi in order for printer to talk to insta ink for ink cartridges to be mailed to me.
