Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'd like to upgrade my motherboard and processor to be win 11 compatible as well as DDR4/5 capable rather than buy a whole new laptop.  According to Microsoft, my processer is not TPM compliant and hp says the processor is not upgradable to TPM 2.  I also discovered that my laptop is using DDR3 motherboard and RAM. I have already invested in new SSD, possible new DVD drive, and additional RAM and would like to make this laptop useful as a backup for a few more years (past win 10 sunset) even if I buy another up to date system.  (Gives me a chance to tinker too! :)) Is there a single motherboard/processor upgrade that will do all of this?   If I can't get the Win 11 done, I'd still like to turn the laptop into a linux machine and hence still upgrade performance and specs.   Thank you for your time.
