Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, 

I recently changed my internet provider and my Deskjet 3639 printer absolutely refuse to work.

 

I tried to use the WPS button on my internet box : did not work

tried to reset the wifi connexion of my printer : did not work

tried to use HP print and scan doctor : did not work

tried to use HP Smart : did not work

 

Both the box and the printer are supposed to be compatible  (both use 2.4 Ghz and are on the same canal number 6)

 

I'm so lost ! It does not even work with the usb cable anymore. If anyone has a solution, please share !
