Our printer stopped working out of nowhere a few months ago and I have not been able to get it set back up. I've completed numerous factory resets, wifi resets, and even tried connecting to different networks with no success. Every time I run through the HP Smart setup, the printer connects and prints the test page, and then at the end it says "Continue Guided setup" or similar. I click that and it always ends up with an error message that says "We're sorry, something went wrong" and includes error code EBS00P0004.
