PLEASE HELP!  I can only see one of the two new external displays (both ACER Nitro X20's) through my new jCreate JCD543 docking station plugged into my new HP 15-DY2073DX.  I have both displays plugged into the docking station via HDMI.  When I swap which HDMI cable is plugged into which port, that also swaps which external display works (so the problem is not the cables or displays).  The docking station port that isn't "working" is the one that toggles with the Displayport port (I even tried using a Displayport cable instead to see if that worked).  I though that maybe I just got a broken docking station, however when my wife plugged in her HP laptop (different model) the OPPOSITE occurs for her.  Only the monitor plugged into the HDMI/Displayport port displays for her.  Nothing from the other HDMI port.  Any help is appreciated.

All drivers are updated.  I have an Intel Iris Xe graphics card which says it could support up to four displays.
