Product: Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop 15-fb0000 (598U6AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Hi everyone,
I bought a new HP laptop but it seems that the monitor is not running at its maximum refresh rate, which is 144 Hz (the specific model is 15-fb0023ne , which features a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 and a AMD Ryzen 5-5600H). I tried to change that refresh rate in the Windows 11 Settings, but the only possibilities were 60Hz and 40 Hz. I added my device to hp and looked up the specs and it clearly says 144hz. https://support.hp.com/au-en/product/victus-by-hp-15.6-inch-gaming-laptop-15-fb0000/2101128966/model...
