Product: HP ENVY Inspire 7224e All-in-One Printer

Trying to install new printer on iPhone. Get to HP+ setup create account. OK with name & email address etc but when I put in the mobile number as requested it says "This mobile number is not available." and I can't continue. Te number is correct - it's the phone I'm using to do the install! This is just crazy, please help!
