Product: HP Pavilion Laptop 15-eh0000nl 
Hello everybody
I just bought the laptop in question and I immediately found a problem that after reading many forums, I still haven't found the solution, I hope you can help me.
The f6/f7 keys that adjust the volume don't work.
The fn key is enabled by bios and all drivers are up to date.
I don't know what to do anymore.
Hoping for some help, hello to all.
