Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello everybody. I have HP DesignJet XL 3600 MFP error 0045-0008-0089. I think this is a firmware error. So I tried to reinstall latest firmware but copying stops at 45%.

Any idea about this ?
