Dear Support Team,

 
I had purchased HP Care pack for 1 year for my desktop, and as per the tracking details it shows as it is delivered on 14th Jan 2023.
 
But when I have checked my HP Support Assistant it is still not updated.
 
I have provided the screeshow of the same.
 
Product number: 1V6D6AA#ACJ
Serial number: 
Order No for HP Care Pack 1 year [edit]
 
Please advise.
