Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-e0000 (2V8Z8AV)

Ive had the Victus for 6 months, ive ran all the diagnostics and they all came back fine but it started while my nephew was playing minecraft, the screen just went black, so attempting a reboot it went into recovery and wouldnt recover.

Keeping it simple as there wasnt anything to lose by doing a format and reinstall , i tried this with , fresh clean install of windows 11 but upon it finishing the install i would get a blue screen of death with the KMODE ..... error with no codes . After investigating in safe mode eventually after retrying the setup of windows 11 several times i found that the NVidia gtx 1650 was causing the fault, so i tried several versions of the drivers from early releases to the latest but everytime it installed the driver it would blue screen of death again.

I have tried the above and disabling fastboot etc along with all the choices good old google suggests to no avail around 15 times over the last few days along with running the HP tests with shows everything is fine as well as checking that the ram is seated correctly, nothing has worked

In a last ditch attempt i have just tried to install windows 10 , a fresh download from microsoft , and upon installation completing i have just started the check the drivers are installed and blue screen of death again, this time the stop code say SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED  with no error numbers again.

It has been impossible to use the laptop other than in safe mode as i am unable to do  anything beyond watch the load screen before the laptop blue screens on me

I have by disabling the Nvidea device in the device manager been able to to use the laptop normally without fault, which suggests to me there may be a fault in the actual hardware?

Along with this thought, there is also a whistling sound coming from inside the laptop but only when charging the battery, if i unplug the charger it stops. It is not the fans making this noise as ive checked but sounds like a component making the noise.

To add, I have attempted updating all drivers and updated the bios to try and get around this issue already.

Help please 🙂

Im alright with XP and everything before that, anything these days are like new cars, over complicated.
