Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I've had Instant Ink for months and haven't printed a thing. After my last time on the phone getting support with my printer, it promptly stopped working again. Is there either an Instant Ink refund and an unused cartridge return option? I've been charged without being able to use the supplies - I cannot afford this service, if I have to call tech support every time I need to print 1 page.
