Product: OMEN by HP 17-cb0007nt

Hi guys! My laptop (HP-Omen cb0007nt) is not charging when turned on. It has turned off by heat for many times. I guess this is the problem. I don’t know. It’s charging when turned off or in sleep mode. I need help!
