Product: HP ProBook 470 G2 Notebook PC
Hi, need help please!

I have this problem with biometric devices in windows Hello.

My laptop ProBook 470 G2 suddenly does not ”see” fingerprint sensor and camera in device manager neither in settings - signing options.

I tried to uninstall/ reinstall fingerprint sensor ... ...no result.

I even uninstall some updates .......still nothing.

Would you be so kind to help me?
