Product: Office jet pro 7740
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hp. Smart stopped working. Opens and immediately closes.  Suggestions on fixing all day start HP smart but that isn’t possible. Have tried uninstalling through Apps and thru control panel. Won’t uninstall
