Product: HP EliteBook 830 G5 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I reinstalled Windows 10 on my HP EliteBook 830 G5 with SIM-reader and updated my BIOS. After that I found that GSM-module doesn't work (WWAN just not exist in BIOS and Windows Device Manager).
I have Windows 10 22H2 x64.
In HP support page I found next devices:
HP lt4132 LTE/HSPA+ 4G Mobile Broadband
Intel XMM 7360 LTE-Advanced
I tried to install different broadband drivers, for 22H2 and 21H2 and for simple Windows 10 also, the last I tried to install full Drivers package from HP official website (for Windows 10 22H1) and HP Support Utility, it helps to detect a lot of necessary drivers but not for SIM-card.
I checked the BIOS and did not find the broadband module here.
What I can do else? Every support will be nice. TIA.
