Hi. I've taken my laptop (HP Omen 15z-en100) to two shops already, and neither of the technicians I've seen have any idea what to do with this. I bought this laptop on eBay almost 9 months ago. I know for a fact that it has an Nvidia RTX 3070 inside. I have played many games on this, and used the GeForce Experience app and Nvidia Control Panel, both of which require an Nvidia GPU to operate. The other day, I tried to open Nvidia filters for a gaming session - it would not open. I later checked task manager, and it stated that my laptop was running on an AMD Radeon GPU. It said the same in Device Manager. The Nvidia GPU info was nowhere to be found. I have tried many things to fix this - installing new drivers, completely resetting my laptop, etc. I am utterly stumped and beyond frustrated, as the GPU was more than half the value of this laptop, easily. If anyone could help me restore this laptop to its full potential, I would be forever in your debt. I will continue researching, but I just need professional help at this stage. Thanks!
