My laptop isn't turning on, and CAPS LOCK is blinking.
The HP support assistant isn't helping and will not let me contact customer service because of the expired warranty.
I couldn't find the beep code online, but I am getting three long white blinks followed by two short white blinks.
I have a replacement laptop, but I would like not to lose years of data. Is my computer a lost cause, and if so, can I still recover the data and transfer it?
