Product: HP EliteBook 835 G8 Notebook PC (1W3K3AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

If anyone could help me with this problem, it would be greatly appreciated. I still have not found a fix for my problem, and I am wondering if there even is one. The fingerprint scanner is not picked up by Windows Hello, does not show up in Biometric Devices (Hidden Devices)  in Device Manager nor does any Synaptics driver download work from the official website. What can I do?
