Product: HP Spectre x360 - 15-df1033dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Computer tried to reboot itself overnight and I now get the black screen with:
Boot Device not Found: Hard Disk Error 3F0
All system tests pass except storage which states there is no storage.
All hard disk drive diagnostics test pass.
Bios shows "Incomplete Optane Volume" where the only option is to wipe the disk and remove optane.
Obviously this problem has occurred before with HP, but I've only seen solutions where the hard drive had to be reformatted and all data lost. Is there a solution without wiping the hard drive and is there a way to retrieve my data?
Thanks.
