Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer

We have had our OfficeJet Pro 7740 from about 4 months now and it has developed this grinding noise when it begins to print, when it's not been used for a while the noise goes on for about 5 seconds. Not sure what's causing it, we've done all the printer maintenance programmes on the settings menu but hasn't fixed it. Is there anything else we can do to stop this as it is very frustrating! Any help will be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
