Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to print envelopes on the printer, but it keeps telling me I have the wrong size paper loaded.  I set the printer for #10 envelopes, and use MS Word to create the envelope. I tried to set the paper in the computer settings to show the custom size of the envelope, but the printer keeps thinking I need to have 8.5 x 11  paper loaded.  Something I am doing wrong?
