Product: HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 13-ay0012au
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

For a few weeks now, sometimes when I open my laptop there is a grey border around my laptop screen. It seemed to go away if I shut off my laptop for 20 or so minutes, however that has stopped working. I have tried updating my graphics card, however that also doesn't work. Nothing seems to work. Help?

 

My laptop is a year old, and hasn't been handled badly. I have an HP Envyx360. It is currently running Windows 11.
