Product: HP OfficeJet 5745 e-All-in-One Printer

PLEASE Help!  What is going on with HP Instant Ink?  I can no longer sign on to my account to do anything online.  All I get is the following error:

This invitation is no longer valid
Contact your printer administrator for a new invitation.

What's up with this?  This website always worked previously, but now, I can't even sign in!
