Trying to scan pages through the document feeder but it keeps getting stuck while going through the feeder. It seems that the paper instead of going all the way through is hitting the white top above the glass so stopping it from going through all the way. It's curling up it seems, but the paper itself is not curling up and not in a high humidity location.  Any thoughts?

I cannot see any levers or anything that would need to be reset. Scanning on the glass is fine. I have multiple pages to scan and cannot afford the time to scan one at a time.
