Hi,

 

I have just purchased this HP (2022 model) and am having a hard time seeing the keys on the keyboard at all.

I need to turn on the backlit keyboard or it is USELESS to me where/when I use it.

I am unable to turn on the backlit keyboard feature.

There is no key with three blocks and a flash [a common HP shortcut for backlit]

There is no "F5 key" typical [this key toggles sound on / off only on this keyboard]

 

Please help
