Product: HP ENVY 7640 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I purchased a 62 XL Ink Cartridge (HP - made in Malaysia with a warranty expiration of April 2024) at a local store.  My printer says it will not except and try re-installing.  I did this many times.  Finally I installed a different cartridge.  Since this is under warranty, how do I get it replaced - or am I just out the $25 to $45 purchase price?
