HP Recommended

I purchased a second-hand printer (OfficeJet 4650) and installed HP ink cartridges (not Instant Ink) but cannot print because I get the above error message. I called HP and was told that this printer is no longer enrolled in Instant Ink. I performed a factory reset but still get this error message. Help!
