Product: HP ENVY Photo 7155 All-in-One Printer

My HP 7155--error shows that I have a jammed paper. I have searched everywhere and there is no jam. I have cleaned paper rollers within and underneath paper tray--still receiving this message. I've disconnect power source from printer and electrical source and left it unplugged for several minutes--still the same message.  Help!
