Hello community,

 

I downloaded the HP app and tried to connect the printer with my computer over Wifi but the printer is always shown as offline. I called the HP support and they told me that I have completely reset the printer and try it again but it doesn't seem to work. These are the steps I did:

 

The reset can be done by turning off the printer. Then turn the printer on and then there must be some white LEDs on the printer which should shine after a few seconds. If you see these white LEDs, you must press the "x" and the "-" on the display at the same time and hold it until the display shows "NU".

 

After the reset I tried it again via the app and received the error code EBS00P0004. Anyone know what do to now?

 

And btw, is there no way to contact HP support via an email or chat? It's written on the support website but when searching for help only phone numbers are shown...
