Hello,

My laptop runs Windows11 22H2.

The app "HP Smart" 143.1.1136.0 (reinstalled from Windows Store) crashes when I try to save a scan.

1) The scanning part works well (on my recently purchased HP OfficeJet Pro 8024e). The preview appears on screen.
2) I click on Save. I am prompted to validate the filename.
3) I click on Save. I expect to be prompted to select the folder in which the file will be saved. Instead, the application gets closed.

This is very frustrating.

The printer works well. I can scan & save a file using the "HP Smart" app from my iPhone.

The issue is really specific to this Windows application.

Unfortunately, it seems there is no alternative on the Windows platform to run a scan with a recent HP Printer. This is ridiculous and irritating.
