HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

First error says paper jam 

I check the cartridge, the paper tray no jam found

then I get error 0x61000048

I try to turn off but won't shut down. 

Pull the plug reconnect and error says paper jam

Tried disconnect chord with power button pressed for 30 sec still no change
